Join Aaron at Kapuhala Training Space on November 3rd for an amazing opportunity to get practical knowledge on how to lift safely and efficiently. During this 3 part workshop series you will learn about foundational exercises such as deadlifts, squats, dead rows as well as more advanced moves. You will also acquire knowledge on technique, correct form and alignment, and learn how to build your own workout programme.
Our goal is to give you the skills and knowledge to be able to workout at the gym safely and efficiently!
Aaron Anderson, is an Australian trained Osteopath, Sport Scientist and a VIC-FIT certified personal trainer. He completed his studies in Australia - Osteopathy (Distinction) (RMIT), Sport Science (University of Ballarat). Aaron treats both adults and children. He is experienced in treating both acute and chronic sporting injuries.
