Dear members, as you may know we have decided to switch to Mindbody system to manage our fitness studio day to day functions. Mindbody is a well known user-friendly software and is superior to our currently used software - Zing fit. Mind Body also comes with a handy phone app to help you book classes and buy packages much easier!
Starting Feb 17 Your current members profiles on Zingfit will no longer be in use! Here's what you need to know:
1) All members with currently active packages will be allowed to finish them. If you still happen to have an active package on zingfit after February 17, 2020, we will manually credit you the equivalent class number to your new profile on Mindbody.
2) We kindly ask you to make sure you purchase your next class package on Mindbody. Starting from January 31 you will no longer be able to buy class package on Zingfit. Read more below on how to log into your Mindbody account.
3) You DO NOT need to re-register. Upon logging in to Mindbody you only need to re-set your password. Read more below.
4) We hope this will be a seamless transition and we are here to help you! Give as a call at 9120 0177 if you have any doubts or questions.
Here's what you need to do:
1) Go to www.kapuhalaspace.com on the home page, in the top right corner instead of the usual sign in button you will see two options
2) Choose an appropriate option for you. IF you have currently unused classes or an active unlimited package click on the top button and log in as you usually do. Once you have used up all your classes or your package expired please ONLY use the lower button and proceed to purchase your next package on Mindbody.
3) IF you have no active package or unused classes please click on the lower button.
4) Your email address has already been transferred to Mindbody, however your password needs to be reset by you. Please click on NEED NEW PASSWORD and set a new one. You should receive your new password to the same email address.
5) Once you have done that, log in to your Mindbody account, and purchase your preferred package. You will now be able to pay with Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit Cards.
6) Book your desired class in either Spin zone or Warrior Zone.

Having trouble downloading the Mindbody app?
It is possible that your Apple ID is registered in another country. In order to download the app your Apple ID and App Store you are visiting should have matching country settings. Follow these steps to fix that: https://support.apple.com/en-hk/HT201389
